We’d like to let you know that our space often hosts multiple 1:1 sessions at once, creating a lively and community-focused atmosphere. When scheduling, please assume there will likely be other participants in the space during your visit.
However, if you or your participant would prefer a fully private session, please feel free to contact us. We’d be happy to arrange a dedicated time just for you (*please note that enhanced rates apply for private sessions).

If you are a participant that has already attended a Meet & Greet session at Full Spectrum Fitness, please view the schedule using the “1:1 Fitness session: For existing Participants” option.
