Use the scheduler to the right to book a Meet & Greet or a Drop-In 1:1 Session.
New to Full Spectrum Fitness
All new participants begin with a Meet & Greet. This allows us to learn about your goals, explain how our programs work, and determine your best fit.
Weekly Sessions and the Live Full Membership
Most individuals at Full Spectrum Fitness participate through our Live Full Membership. Live Full Members receive a consistent weekly session with a dedicated trainer. These weekly sessions are not booked through this scheduling page. If you are a Live Full Member and would like to schedule an additional one-off session, please email our admin team directly and we will coordinate it.
Drop-In Sessions (Book Here)
For those who are not Live Full Members, we offer drop-in 1:1 sessions. Drop-ins are the only sessions that can be booked directly through this scheduler. A Meet & Greet must be completed before attending any drop-in session.

About the Training Environment
Our space often has multiple 1:1 sessions happening at the same time. If you require a fully private environment, please reach out so we can arrange one when available.
