How Scheduling Works

We typically work on a set, recurring schedule, where participants meet with the same trainer each week at the same time. This helps build trust, consistency, and progress.

However, we also offer drop-in sessions for those who prefer a more flexible, week-to-week option. Just use the scheduler below to book as needed.

Our gym is a supportive and lively space—multiple 1:1 sessions often happen at the same time. If you prefer a fully private session, contact us directly. We’re happy to arrange one when possible.

New to Full Spectrum Fitness?
All participants must complete a Meet & Greet before starting regular sessions.

All Meet & Greet sessions take place in a private setting.

This list shows recurring time slots only. It does not reflect availability for Meet & Greets or drop-in sessions.
Always check the scheduler below for the most up-to-date availability, including last-minute openings due to cancellations.

Here’s a look at the recurring time slots we currently have open:

  • Monday: Molly at 9:30

  • Tuesday: Molly at 1:30, Larry at 3:00, Steve at 4:00

  • Wednesday: Molly at 10:00, Molly at 11:00, Steve at 4:00, Steve at 5:00

  • Thursday: Larry at 2:00, Larry at 3:00

We also have select Saturday times available.
