  • 1:1 Personal Training

    Our one-on-one training sessions are focused on developing muscular fitness, enhancing body stability, and improving cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate compound exercises to build and maintain controlled & coordinated fundamental movement patterns, aiding in the performance of daily activities with greater independence.

    Our programs are tailored to meet each participant at their current level of physical fitness, preferred learning style and type of support needed.

    We have the ability to identify strengths & needs in order to adapt each exercise and movement throughout the session, allowing for success and leading to increased confidence and an enjoyment of exercise.

  • Adult Group Exercise Class

    Our Adult Group Exercise Classes are built to create a lively, energetic atmosphere where you can enjoy yourself and feel great! Each class begins with a warmup, followed by a dynamic group movement circuit, then transitions into smaller groups for focused strength, stability, and endurance training. We finish with team-building activities to promote connection.

    These classes are open to everyone, with no long-term commitment—sign up week by week! If you’re energetic, expressive, or prefer moving in your own way, we embrace your unique style.

    This is a space where you can feel comfortable, be yourself, and move at your own pace!

    With a 3:1 participant-to-staff ratio, if you require 1:1 assistance to complete activities, you must bring your own support person to join in with you. Ages 18+

    Discover fundamental martial arts moves designed to enhance coordination, balance, flexibility, focus, and confidence. Engage in a dynamic and enjoyable journey toward holistic well-being! Martial Arts is a 1:1 service.
