    Our 1:1 Supported Sessions are designed to do more than just build physical fitness—they’re about creating meaningful, lasting change. Every session is uniquely crafted to meet the individual’s current physical fitness level, preferences, and personal goals.

    Building Functional Strength: Exercises that enhance daily living skills, promoting independence and confidence.

    Enhancing Stability and Coordination: Activities that improve balance, control, and movement efficiency, tailored to the participant’s comfort level.

    We continuously adapt exercises in real-time to create the right challenge and support for each session.. Our goal isn’t just physical improvement—it’s fostering confidence, resilience, and a genuine enjoyment of movement.

    While we primarily focus on 1:1 sessions, we also offer small group sessions organized by participants and families. These participant-created groups foster community and connection while maintaining personalized support.

    Travel to you

    Same Support. Your Space.

    For individuals who feel more comfortable at home or are unable to travel to our Broomall studio, we offer mobile 1:1 supported exercise sessions. Whether it’s in your home, a community gym, or another familiar space, we bring the same expertise and individualized support to you.

    This option is great for:

    Participants who feel more regulated in their home environment

    Families seeking consistency without the added travel time

    Individuals transitioning into exercise or new routines

    Our traveling sessions include all the same coaching, structure, and adaptability as our in-studio sessions—just delivered in the space that works best for you.

    Key Features:

    In-home or community-based supported exercise

    Personalized workouts tailored to your space and equipment

    Same trainers, same care—just in your environment

    Ideal for higher-support needs or comfort-based preferences

    Travel radius is limited; availability is based on trainer scheduling and location

    Pricing: $10 per single class or $75 for all 8 classes paid in advance

    Small group fitness classes for participants ready for an active, engaging workout. (6/15-8/10)

    When: Sundays at 11 AM (ages 14–17) and 12 PM (ages 18+)

    Pricing: $40 per single class or $300 for all 8 classes paid in advance
