At Full Spectrum Fitness, we specialize in providing supported exercise programs for neurodiverse children, teens, and adults ages 12 and up. Our mission is to enhance physical health, promote overall wellness, and improve quality of life through personalized fitness programs.
THE FULL SPECTRUM F.I.T PROGRAMâ„¢
Developed from our experience and expertise in special education, exercise science, and adapted physical education, the Full Spectrum F.I.T Programâ„¢ embodies its acronym, standing for the Framework for Impactful Training. This program is built upon five principles:
Individualized Approach: We tailor every program to meet the preferences and goals of each participant, ensuring they receive personalized support.

Effective Exercise Selection & Workout Structure: Our exercise program consists of intentionally selected movements organized into a format that best suits each individual's needs.

Our Programs & Facility

1:1 Personal Training: Our one-on-one training sessions are focused on developing muscular fitness, enhancing body stability, and improving cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate compound exercises to build and maintain controlled & coordinated fundamental movement patterns, aiding in the performance of daily activities with greater independence.

Our Drop-In Exercise Circuits offer a structured yet flexible way to stay active in a welcoming environment. Every Friday afternoon from 3:00–4:30 PM, participants aged 16+ can drop in, explore a variety of exercise stations, and stay as long as they like within the session time.
Each circuit is set up with six unique exercise stations designed to promote strength, endurance, balance, and coordination. Participants can move through the stations at their own pace, choosing the exercises and intensity that work best for them. Our staff is always on hand to provide guidance and ensure a safe workout experience. Support people are welcome to join if extra assistance is preferred, making these sessions adaptable for all.
Station Highlights: Cardio, resistance, balance, flexibility, core, and agility exercises
Cost: $10 per session
Waivers required: Available on-site or electronically prior to arriving
