The Meet & Greet is primarily an opportunity to tour the space, meet the team, discuss goals, scheduling, support needs, and ask questions. We may also try a few simple exercises depending on the individual and their comfort level.

Yes. Meet & Greets are completely complimentary and typically last about 30 minutes.

Yes. Once your Meet & Greet is scheduled, you will receive a personal information form, waiver, and participant agreement to complete prior to your visit. These forms help us learn more about the individual and prepare for a successful experience.

No. A doctor’s referral or medical clearance is not typically required to begin services at Full Spectrum Fitness. However, we always recommend discussing exercise participation with your physician, especially if there are medical conditions, physical limitations, recent injuries, or other health considerations that may impact exercise.

No. We support individuals with a wide range of abilities, fitness backgrounds, and goals.

Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended for both Meet & Greets and training sessions.

Most sessions take place in our shared space gym alongside other participants and trainers. We do have a divider wall and a private room that can be used to create a more private environment when needed. If privacy is an absolute must, availability for fully private sessions is extremely limited, but we will always do our best to accommodate individual needs when possible.

Parents, caregivers, and support staff are welcome during the Meet & Greet process as long as the participant is comfortable and space allows, especially if other participants are present at the same time.
For ongoing sessions, we generally prefer parents and caregivers wait in our waiting area, where sessions can be viewed through our live video feed.

We do our best to have the trainer who may potentially work with the individual participate in the Meet & Greet whenever possible. In some situations, Pete, the owner of Full Spectrum Fitness, may complete the Meet & Greet first and then thoughtfully determine which trainer may be the best fit moving forward.

We understand that every individual has different support needs. Our approach is built around flexibility, thoughtful support, and meeting people where they are. We’re happy to discuss individual needs during the Meet & Greet process.

No. While Full Spectrum Fitness primarily supports autistic and neurodivergent individuals, we work with people with a wide range of diagnoses, abilities, communication styles, and support needs. Many of the individuals we support simply benefit from a more thoughtful, structured, and supportive exercise environment than traditional fitness settings typically provide.

No. Full Spectrum Fitness does not directly accept insurance and we are not an ODP Waiver Provider. We are na approved Vendor.

Full Spectrum Fitness is located at 855 Sussex Blvd in Broomall, PA within the Lawrence Park Industrial Estates – Satellite 5. Parking and entrance are located around the back of the building.
