About Full Spectrum Fitness

The Full Spectrum F.I.T Program™


At Full Spectrum Fitness, we specialize in providing supported exercise programs for neurodiverse children, teens, and adults ages 12 and up. Our mission is to enhance physical health, promote overall wellness, and improve quality of life through personalized fitness programs.


Developed from our experience and expertise in special education, exercise science, and adapted physical education, the Full Spectrum F.I.T Program™ embodies its acronym, standing for the Framework for Impactful Training. This program is built upon five principles:


  • Individualized Approach: We tailor every program to meet the preferences and goals of each participant, ensuring they receive personalized support.
  • Optimized Environment: Our facilities are designed to be inclusive and accessible, creating a comfortable space where participants can thrive.
  • Effective Exercise Selection & Workout Structure: Our exercise program consists of intentionally selected movements organized into a format that best suits each individual's needs.
  • Instructional Methods and Coaching: Following our teaching principles, our trainers employ diverse methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in every session.
  • Continuous Motivation: We foster a supportive, positive environment that celebrates individuality and empowers participants to set and achieve their fitness goals in ways that resonate with them personally.

Pete is amazing! He is knowledgeable, kind and has a gift of coming up with the ways to teach individuals with dyspraxia. It’s still quite rare to meet professionals understanding dyspraxia. He is very respectful in all of his interactions. My son is nonverbal and Pete is always talking to him not at him. My son made an incredible progress for the last 3 years. Our Programs & Facility


  • 1:1 personal training program

    1:1 Personal Training: Our one-on-one training sessions are focused on developing muscular fitness, enhancing body stability, and improving cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate compound exercises to build and maintain controlled & coordinated fundamental movement patterns, aiding in the performance of daily activities with greater independence.

  • Small Group Fitness

    Designed for all fitness levels, small groups of up to three participants team up with one of our personal trainers to participate in engaging warm-ups, dynamic strength training, endurance activities, entertaining team fitness games, and much more! Our fun group fitness classes not only enhance overall wellness but also provide an amazing social opportunity, fostering meaningful connections among participants! Participants must be able to participate without 1:1 support or provide their own support person who will be active during the session.

  • Small Group Adapted Yoga (Beginner & Intermediate)

    Join us as we blend the holistic principles of yoga with mindful movement, connecting mind, body, and spirit! 

    Led by our experienced instructor Maryanne, we integrate physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to promote overall well-being. Participants must be able to participate without 1:1 support or provide their own support person who will be active during the session.


  • Adapted Martial Arts

    Discover fundamental martial arts moves designed to enhance coordination, balance, flexibility, focus, and confidence. Engage in a dynamic and enjoyable journey toward holistic well-being! Martial Arts is a 1:1 service.
